CYKELKUNGEN is a modern rental apartment complex in Uppsala, Sweden with a focus on mobility. The apartments vary in size and form, from 2-storey apartments to the ground floor, with a work-live component, to compact apartments as well as 2 storey penthouse apartments with spectacular views. Nearly all apartments feature a balcony while all the tenants gain access to a large roof terrass or a lush courtyard. The extensive roof and courtyard landscapes are designed with the focus on biodiversity and water management.
